  • Hypnosis is not a mystical state. The hypnotic state is a common one we all enter spontaneously from time to time. It is natural and normal state of being.  We are in a light state of hypnosis when we go to the movies and lose track of time. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. We do it to ourselves, even when we don't recognize it. It is our choice to decide whether to reach our fullest potential or not.
